The Pamir Highway: Day 6
After having mostly recovered from the illness, we were ready to take on the part from Qalai Khumb to Khorug. It follows the Panj river for about 250km along the border to Afghanistan.

After a long stretch along the canyon with nowhere to camp, we finally found this nice spot at the next village. Three girls from Belgium who are taking part in the Mongol Rallye accompanied us for the night.
