Hello Armenia!
Today we crossed the border into Armenia.
Georgia has been amazing. Great food, extremely nice people and unbelievably beautiful places!

In the morning we said goodbye to Miriam and Josefine, because they were going to Tbilisi and we wanted to go straight south to Armenia. We had a great time cycling and hanging out with you two! Thank you, we'll see you again some day in Berlin!

In the evening, we made it to Gyumri, the second largest city in Armenia. Somewhere in the street we met Garek, who promptly invited us to his home. At his house, he introduced us to the whole family, and we got coffee, ice cream, sweets and lots of apricots. In the evening, Garek had an appointment he had to go to, but he still drove with us to the outskirts of the city to show us a nice place where we could camp. Thank you so much! What a welcome to Armenia!
Here's a (very bad) photo of the three of us:
