Samsun
Behind Sinop, the roads were in perfect condition and completely flat, so cycling to Samsun was a breeze!

Emrah and his friend invited us for ice cream and tea. We spent the afternoon in a nice café near the sea. Thanks a lot, it was nice meeting you!
We stayed at the municipal camping, which was very nice.
The first night, we met Jen and Pete from England, who are traveling around the world by car. We spent the evening sharing stories, laughing a lot. Thanks for the nice evening! Safe travels!
The second night, we spent with two other cycle tourists: Bernd from Austria and PG from Sweden. They invited us to snacks and wine and we had a great night! There were also a few turkish groups on the campsite, having Ramadan dinner. They treated all of us to a lot of grilled kebap, salad, çig köfte and baklava. Sağol! It was great!
